电极更换对电渣重熔过程传热和熔渣凝固的影响

Effect of electrode change on heat transfer and slag solidification in electroslag remelting process

摘要 建立了电渣重熔轴对称瞬态耦合模型,研究了电极更换对电渣重熔过程中电磁场、流场、温度场、热平衡和电极端部熔渣凝固行为的影响。结合旋转矢量法和谐波法对电磁场求解,采用动态网格技术描述铸锭生长,建立渣池与电极间的瞬态导热模型,准确预测电极熔化速率。结果表明,原电极脱离后,0~100 s,渣池表面热损失最多增加了2.1倍,热平衡改变,渣池温度从1 933.3 K降低到1 720.3 K,熔池轮廓向内缩紧,且外侧变化更明显。在新电极加热阶段,电极端部形成一层固态渣壳,热源恢复,渣池温度从1 720.3 K增加到1 901.2 K,渣壳由外侧向内熔化。结合响应面分析法,重熔电流、电极预热温度均与固态渣熔化时间呈正相关,原电极脱离时间呈负相关,其中重熔电流影响最为明显。 An axisymmetric transient coupling model was established to study the effects of electrode change on the electromagnetic field,flow field,temperature field,heat balance,and the dynamic change of slag skin at the electrode tip during the electroslag remelting process.The electromagnetic field was solved by combining the rotation vector method and the harmonic method.The growth of ingot was described by using dynamic grid technology.According to the transient heat conduction model between slag pool and electrode,the melting rate of the electrode was predicted.The results show that from 0 to 100s after the separation of the original electrode,the heat balance is changed and the heat loss on the slag pool surface increases by up to 2.1 times.At the same time,the slag pool temperature is reduced from 1933.3K to 1720.3K,the metal pool profile is tightened inward,and the change on the outside is more obvious.In the heating stage of the new electrode,a layer of solidified slag shell is formed at the electrode tip,the heat source is restored,the slag temperature is increased from 1720.3K to 1901.2K,and the slag shell melts from the outside to the inside.Combined with response surface analysis,the remelting current and electrode preheating temperature are positively correlated with the melting time of solidified slag,and the separation time of the original electrode is negatively correlated,among which the remelting current has the most obvious effect.
