摘要
目的完善脑得生浓缩丸的质量标准,控制药品质量。方法采用薄层色谱法对脑得生浓缩丸中的川芎、葛根、山楂进行定性分析;采用高效液相色谱法对脑得生浓缩丸中人参皂苷Rg1进行定量分析。结果在薄层色谱中可鉴别川芎、葛根、山楂;人参皂苷Rg1在0.192-1.728μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.74%(RSD=1.1%)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好、回收率高,可用于本品的质量分析。
Objective To perfect the quality standard of Naodesheng concentrated pills and to control its quality. Methods Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Puerariae, Fructus Crataegi in Naodesheng concentrated pills were identified by TLC, and the content of ginsenoside Rg1 in the concentrated pills were determined by HPLC. Results Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Puerariae, and Fructus Crataegi could be identified by TLC; ginsenoside Rg1 showed good linearity within 0. 192-1. 728μg (r=0. 999 9), and the average recovery was 99.74% (RSD= 1.1%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, with good reproducibility and high recovery rate, and it can be used as quality analyse for Naodesheng concentrated pills.
