摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展，教学内容和教学方式也在不断地发生变化，传统的教学模式逐渐被先进的多媒体教学模式所替代，多媒体教学环境和教学设备得到迅速的发展，学校用于多媒体教室的建设以及多媒体教学设备的配置方面的投资规模越来越大，使教学环境得到很大的改善。如何更好的管理和使用多媒体教室及教学设备，使其更好的为教学服务，培养出更多高素质科技人才。经过作者不断地探索和实践，摸索出一套适合的管理模式，使学校的多媒体教学以及管理工作上了一个新的台阶。
With the rapid development of information technology, the education contents and methods have changed continuously. Traditional education methods are being replaced by multimedia methods, which result in the great improvements of multimedia education environment and facilities. While our university＇ s investments in multimedia classrooms and facilities become bigger and bigger, education environment has been improved a lot. In the meantime, new topics in management are brought up： How to use and manage multimedia classrooms and facilities more effectively to serve education better, and bring up more and more high quality personnel. After our constant researching and practicing, finally, we find a good management method which can suit well to the specific situation of our university, and upgrade multimedia education and management to a new level.
