地塞米松涂层支架临床应用的观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价以磷酸胆碱为载体的地塞米松涂层支架的安全性及近期有效性。方法回顾分析83例接受地塞米松涂层支架置入术患者的即刻疗效和临床随访结果。结果83例患者共处理116处病变,置入支架135枚,其中86处病变置入97枚地塞米松涂层支架。全部成功置入,手术过程及住院期间无严重并发症发生。83例患者随访3~18(8±4)月,无心源性死亡和心肌梗死发生,5例患者心绞痛再发,其中1例(1%)为地塞米松涂层支架内再狭窄,3例(10%)为普通金属支架内的再狭窄,地塞米松支架内再狭窄发生率显著低于普通支架(P〈0.05)。1例为其他分支的新病变。结论地塞米松涂层支架近期安全有效。 AIM To investigate the efficacy and safety of phosphorylcholine dexamethasone-coated biodivYsio stents. METHODS The immediate angiographic and clinic follow-up outcomes of 83 patients receiving dexamethasone-coated biodivYsio stents were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS In the recruited 83 patients, 116 lesions were treated and 135 stents were implanted with 97 dexamethasone-coated biodivYsio stents implanted in 86 lesions. All stents were successfully implanted in all patients without serious complications during the operations and hospital stay. Clinical follow-up of the patients were conducted for (8 ± 4)months. There was no cardiac death or myocardial infarction. Angina pectoris occurred in 5 patients. Angiography of all the 5 patients showed 1 restenosis in dexamethasone-coated biodivYsio stent and 3 restenosis in bare stents, and 1 new lesion in other coronary artery. CONCLUSION Dexamethasone-coated biodivYsio stents are safe and effective in the treatment of coronary lesions.
