摘要 探讨了建立颅骨上颌骨及牙列三维有限元模型的高度数字化方法,为分析上颌骨的生物力学性质提供一个标准数学模型.选择一具颅骨标本作为建模素材,运用螺旋CT扫描技术及三维影像技术完成初步重建,并在此基础上利用Abaqus软件建立上颌骨及牙列的三维有限元模型.通过仿真分析获得了形态细致逼真的上颌骨及牙列三维重建生物力学模型.该模型具有较好的力学相似性和几何相似性,为临床上探索上颌骨及牙列的生物力学机制提供了研究手段. This paper discusses a highly-numerical method to construct a three dimensional finite element model which may express biomechanic dynamic state characters of normal maxillary and dentition. One skull specimen is selected as modeling material and is reconstructed by means of CT image recomtmction technique and 3-D FEM. On the basis of scanned skull image, Abaqus software is used to comtmct a 3-D FE model of normal maxillary and dentition. A living recomtructed biomechanic model of skull maxilla and dentition is obtained through simulating analysis. The model has better characters of mechanical and geometrical similarity, providing feasible and effective methods for clinical research on the biomechanic mechanisms of skull maxilla and dentition.
