摘要
基于挣值管理的思想,论文利用计量模型建立成本、工期、质量函数关系,对项目在实施阶段某一时刻的状态进行分析,运用工期成本之间的替代关系为项目经理人提供决策的依据与控制方向,实现项目最优管理。
According to earned value management idea, this paper establishes a tri -relationship among project cost quality and time by using a econometric model. After analyzing the state of a project at a certain time when the project being implemented, using the relationship between the project time and cost the author brings out some ideas to project manager about how to make a decision and how to control the project to achieve optimum management.
