摘要
文章在全面分析天津“十五”期间农产品质量安全现状和问题基础上,提出了要强化农产品质量安全宏观管理,建立健全农产品质量安全体系,完善监管制度,开展多种形式的培训与宣传,加强地方法规建设的对策建议。
After the current situation and problems in quality and safety of agricultural products in Tianjin during the tenth five-year plan been completely analyzed, five countermeasures during the eleventh five-year plan were put forward, i.e. strengthening the macro control of quality and safety of agricultural products, building safety system, improving supervising system, doing various forms of propagations and cultivations, enhancing the construction of local laws and regulations.
