摘要
综合运用德尔斐法(Delphi)、香农概率熵、TOPSIS法,整数规划,设计了一种在R&D资源有限的约束条件下,对申报的投入项目进行优选组合的模型,通过给出一个典型算例表明该模型的可行性与有效性。
By the aid of the theory of Delphi, Shannon probability entropy theorem, TOPSIS algorithm, integer programming, a preferred portfolio model concerning is provides to the declared projects based on the constraint conditions of limited R&D resources. A typical example is given to indicate the feasibility and validity of the provided model.
