摘要
在对比研究DEA方法和PCA方法的基础上,综合应用改进的DEA方法和PCA方法,建立了对科技绩效进行评价的DEA/PCA模型,并以2002年我国省域高校为例,综合分析了其科技绩效。认为提高省域高校的科技绩效,应进一步加大对省域高校科技的投入,改善结构,增加对中西部省域高校的科技支持。
Based on an analysis of the advantage and disadvantage of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA), this paper puts forward an improved science and technology performance evaluating model, the DEA/PCA model. It employs the model and analyzes the science and technology performance in institutions of higher education in different provinces of China in the year 2002. In an attempt to improve the performances therein, it proposes some suggestions, including the increase of science and technology input, the improvement of structures and the increase of scientific and technological support in central and western China.
