摘要 叙述从衍射数据的质量来评估X射数粉末衍射仪的性能的观点和方法。主要衍射数据为衍射峰的位置(布拉格角2θ),衍射的强度(衍射峰的积分强度I和各测量点强度Y)和衍射峰的峰形(半峰宽H与分辨率)。 The view and the processes which were based upon the qualities of the diffraction data measured to estimate the performances of a X-ray powder diffractometer were presented. The main diffraction data are the Bragg angles (2 θ ), the peak intensities (I or Y ) and the peak profiles (FWHM and pattern resolution).
