摘要
结合整体平行束X光透镜在实验室EXAFS谱仪中应用研究 ,利用整体平行束X光透镜和粉末衍射仪设计了一种实验室EXAFS谱仪 .工作电压和电流分别为 2 5kV和 10 0mA时 ,该谱仪在 9.92keV能量点处 ,计数率为 3.12× 10 4 s- 1,在钨杂质的特征谱线Lβ1能量点处 ,能量分辨率为15 .4eV .整体平行束X光透镜在该谱仪中既起到会聚X射线的作用又可实现高能滤波器的功能 .对实验现象进行了理论分析 .
An in-laboratory EXAFS spectrometer consisting of capillary optics and conventional powder diffractometer is designed based on the study on the application of the monolithic polycapillary half-lens in in-laboratory EXAFS equipment. The energy resolution of the spectrometer is 15.4 eV (estimated by the measurement of the energy width of the L β1 line) while a count rate of 3.12×10 4 s -1 (25 kV, 100 mA, 9.92 keV) is obtained. The monolithic polycapillary half-lens can be used as harmonic rejection as well as a collimating device. The experimental phenomena are analysed in theory.
