摘要 同型半胱氨酸是一种含硫氨基酸,是蛋氨酸代谢的中间产物。大量流行病学研究已经证实,高同型半胱氨酸血症是动脉粥样硬化和血栓性疾病的一个新的、重要的、独立的危险因素,但其作用机制尚不明确。作者从高同型半胱氨酸血症诱发因素、与心脑血管性疾病的关系以及致动脉粥样硬化的机制等方面的最新研究进展做一综述,为制订合理的治疗方案提供理论依据。 Homocysteine(Hey) is a kind of sulphur-containing amino acid, the intermediate product of the methionine metabolism. It has been shown that hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy) is a new, indispensable and independent risk factor of atherosclerosis and thrombus diseases by many epidemiological studies, but the mechanism is still not clear. We reviewed the research progress on HHcy causative factor, its relation with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the mechanism of its resulting in atherosclerosis, to provide evidence for formulating reasonable schedule of treatment.
