摘要
目的探讨原发异位嗜铬细胞瘤的声像图特征及其良恶性鉴别。方法有完整病史资料及手术病理、随访结果，并经过超声检查的原发异位嗜铬细胞瘤患者32例，分析年龄、病变部位、大小、内部回声及彩色多普勒表现及其与良恶性的关系。结果恶性异位嗜铬细胞瘤发病早，病变大，超声多表现为形态不规则、内部回声不均。结论超声是异位嗜铬细胞瘤定位诊断的有效影像学方法，可为判断良恶性异位嗜铬细胞瘤提供有益的线索。
Objective To study the ultrasonographic characters of the extra-adrenal pheochromocytoma for differentiating the benign and malignant lesions. Methods Thirty two patients with extra-adrenal pheochromocytoma were studied. All these patients were confirmed by ,surgery and histopathologic examination. Age of patients and the positions, size, echo and color Doppler flow imaging of the lesions were analyzed. Results The malignant extra adrenal pheochromocytoma was characterized with the earlier,larger lesions,abnormal shape and heterogenous echostructure, Conclusions Ultrasonography is an effective imaging modality in diagnosis of extra-adrenal pheochromocytomas especially in locating the sites of the lesions and distinguishing the benign and malignant tumors,
