摘要
经济技术开发区是在科技创新和对外开放两大动力系统的作用之下,由经济、资源、环境、社会等子系统共同构成的一个复杂的地域系统。测评指标体系的设计运用可持续发展观,突出开发区的环境协调、资源集约和社会贡献等科学发展要求,并从动态和静态两个维度建立测评指标,具有良好的实际应用价值。
：Economic ＆ Techical Development Zone is a complicated regional system constructed by subsystems such as economy, resources, soeiey and so on under the operations of science and Technology innovation and opening up poling. By view of sustainable development theory, the design of evaluation indicator system attaches importance to the environment coordination, resource intensivism and social contribution and the concrete evaluation indicators are established by both dynamic and static dimensions.
