摘要
基于"驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应"DPSIR模型,构建了低碳竞争力评价指标体系。采用层次分析法,以1996年至2010年的中国低碳竞争力为样本进行实证研究,并用主成分分析法对样本进行评价,找出影响低碳竞争力的重要指标。然后,选取一些重要指标与西方国家进行对比分析,找出差距。结果表明:我国的低碳竞争力整体上呈现出逐年递增的态势,但与发达国家相比,我国的低碳竞争力还存在差距。最后,在此基础上提出建议。
This paper constructs an evaluation index system of low-carbon competitivencess based on driver-pressure-state-impacts-re- sponse( DPSIR) framework. The paper comprehensively evaluates the low-carbon competitiveness of China from 1996 to 2010 by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)method. Meanwhile, it finds out key indicators by using the Principle Component Analysis (PCA} method, then compares and contrasts some key indicators with that of other western developed countries. Results show that: The low-car- bon competitiveness of China increases gradually, but it is relatively low compared with developed countries, especially on a few key indi- cators. At last, suggestions on how to improve the situation and narrowing the gap are given.
