摘要
现有研究主张服务是图书馆的重要功能。本文以此为基础,提出了提升图书馆读者服务质量的五大战略。它们是读者服务需求分析战略、读者服务质量的现场控制战略、富有图书馆特色的服务市场营销战略、技术支持战略、组织保障战略。
The extant research literatures agree that it is a library's important function to delivery service for readers. Upon this assumption the present paper suggests five approaches to improve service quality for readers. They are reader need analysis strategy, on-the-spot service quality control strategy, library specific service marketing strategy, technology related support strategy, and inter-organizational coordination strategy.
