摘要
《研究生学科、专业目录》作为特定历史条件下的产物,明显带有计划体制的痕迹,在控制和规范的理念下,该目录的编制不可避免地存在着技术上和功能上的局限。因此,《研究生学科、专业目录》的修订势在必行。该目录的修订应体现在恪守学科门类的科学性,规范一级学科和开放二级学科三个方面。
Catalogue of Discipline. Specialty about Conferring of Doctor,Master Degree and Cultivation of Graduate with the obvious color of planned economy needs modification. This paper points out the catalogue we used has localization in technology and function, and has a lot of question about distortion, confusion and blind spot. It is necessary for us to rectify the catalogue. In the end, we bring forward some strategies： abide by character of science in discipline＇s species, regulate the first-class disciplines, and open the door to all second-class disciplines.
