摘要
随着时代发展和教育理念的不断更新,高职院校后勤的管理工作必须实行以人为本,更新观念,建立有效的后勤激励机制,营造一个具有人性化的和谐的后勤团队,更好地适应高职院校发展的新格局。
With the development of the times and constantly updating the concept of education,the logistics management of higher vocational colleges must implement people-oriented, new concepts and establish an effective incentive mechanism of logistics to create a humanized and harmonious logistics team and adapt to the new situation of the development of higher vocational colleges better.
