摘要 温度是制约葡萄产量和品质的主要环境因子之一。文章论述了葡萄在高温逆境下其生物膜的稳定性、氧化物和抗氧化系统之间的平衡、光合作用、渗透调节、热激蛋白和Ca2+的关系及其耐热性的机制,并对今后高温胁迫下植物的生理机制研究方向提出了展望。 Temperature is a mainly factor which limited quantity and quality of grapes. The paper reviewed the changes of thestability of membrane, antioxidant metabolism, photosynthesis, permeate, heat protein, Ca^2+ and their thermo tolerance mechanism, Further research ideas for these facets of heat stress are prospected.
