单一压力容器镍氢电池瞬态热特性的建模仿真 被引量:1

摘要 针对实际空间用单一压力容器镍氢电池的传热特点,从传热学角度对单一压力容器镍氢电池电堆和整个电池分别建立瞬态热分析的数学物理仿真模型,采用有限差分法求解,并与电池表面实际测量温度进行对比分析验证模型的有效性。电池的温度分布分析表明极堆处温度较高且温度分布均匀,对电池极堆处的模拟处理,可假定其为一各向异性的整体来处理;电池上下半球顶点的温度较低,最大温差出现在电池放电过程的后期,该温差可作为电池的热控制的主要监控参数。 According to the heat transfer characteristics in the individual pressure vessel (IPV) Ni-H2 battery, the mathematical models for the battery stack and whole battery was established separately and computational fluid dynamic method (CFD) was adopted. By comparing simulation results with the measurement results, the models were verified. On this base, the temperature pattern in the battery was analyzed. It is found the temperature distribution is uniform in the battery stack, which could be assumed as an anisotropic whole part when simulating. The temperature in the two ends of the battery is relatively low It is proposed that the temperature difference between ends and stack should be an important parameter in thermal control.
