摘要
本文用于热处理炼白真丝织物,试验结果表明:在175℃以上。织物的热泛黄与热脆化均随时间增长发生明显变化。通过氨基酸分析、X射线衍射、红外吸收光谱分析及电镜观察摄影,探讨了热泛黄脆化机理,结果表明:羟基氨基酸的热分解是热泛黄的主要原因,而丝素分子链的断裂及分子间氢键的破坏是热脆化的基本原因。
In this paper, the samples of silk fabric were heated in the air in unloaded state. Theresults of the test have shown that when the temperature is over 175℃ heat-yellowing andbrittleness of real silk fabric will change obviously with the increase of time. The mechanismof the change were investigated through using experiments method of amino acid compositionanalysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, infrared absorption spectrum analysis and electron mic-roscope diagram. The obtained data have shown that the heat decomposition of hydroxy aminoacids are main reason for the heat-yellowing and the degradation of molecular chains of silkfibroin and the damage of hydrogen bonding between moleculars are primary reason for theheat brittleness of the samples.
