摘要
发展农业保险是解决“三农问题”重要途径之一。安徽是自然灾害多发省份,发展农业保险尤其对促进安徽农业持续健康发展,保障农民基本生产和生活具有十分重要的现实意义。文章从安徽农业保险发展现状出发,分析了发展农业保险的必要性,认为发展农业保险是安徽农业崛起的必由之路,并提出要建立农业保险公司的对策。
Developing agriculture insurance is one of the most important ways to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas, and peasants in China. Anhui Province is an area which is easily affected by natural disasters. To develop agriculture insurance is quite significant for advancing the persistent healthy development of Anhui agriculture and ensuring the peasants＇ essential production and living. Based on the situation of agriculture insurance development in Anhui province, the paper will analyze the necessity of developing agriculture insurance. The author holds that developing agriculture insurance is the most essential way for agriculture thriving in Anhui Province and proposes the methods for constructing the policy agricultural insurance company.
