摘要
农业保险对我国农业健康发展和农民生活水平的提高以及国民经济繁荣具有重要的战略意义,然而对农业保险定位的模糊致使其发展缓慢。笔者从经济学的角度分析了农业保险属于准公共物品,并从四方面阐释了发展农业保险离不开政府的支持,只有得到政府的鼎力支持,农业保险才能够持续健康发展。
