摘要
通过网络调查了美国五所大学图书馆残疾读者服务的内容,总结其特点,并据此提出了几点建议,作为提高我国大学图书馆残疾读者服务水平的参考。
The article investigates the services to readers with disabilities in the five university libraries in American through the web . Then it generalizes the main characteristics of the service to readers with disabilities in those university libraries and based on them it puts forward several suggestions for the reference to our university libraries.
