摘要
"文化大革命"对陕西高等教育的影响是巨大的,遗害是深远的。大批干部教师受到迫害,一批高校被撤、并、迁、改,校舍和教学仪器、设备、图书资料遭到破坏,基础教育与高等教育发展的内部结构失调,人才断档,高校科研工作停滞,拉大了与国际先进水平的差距。总结教育的历史教训,就必须坚持依法治教,必须按教育规律办事,必须树立正确的教育服务观。
The Cultural Revolution exerted a far-reaching influence and a pernicious vestige on Shaanxi higher education. During the period, a large number of teachers were persecuted; some institutions of higher learning were revoked, merged, removed or distorted; many school buildings, teaching instruments and books were destroyed. Consequently, the development of elementary education and higher education was hindered seriously. In universities, there were no enough teachers, and research work stagnated ; the gap of higher education levels between Shaanxi and the world became wider. From the historical lessons on education, it is concluded that education should be developed in accordance with laws and educational rules as well as a right outlook on education service.
