摘要 单链构象多态性(single strand con-formation polymorphism,SSCP)分析技术是由日本国立癌研究中心林健志小组首创,具有简便、快速、敏感和适用于大样本筛查等优点.其基本原理是双链DNA加热变性后形成单链DNA,相同片段长度的DNA由于碱基序列不同,其至单个碱基的不同,
