摘要
以精萘为原料,通过磺化、碱熔制得高纯度的1,5-二羟基萘。最佳反应条件为:磺化温度25℃,酸析pH=5—6,当精萘用量为10g时,溶剂1,2-二氯乙烷的用量45mL。在最佳反应条件下,碱熔收率达90.2%,产品纯度为99.3%。
1,5-Dihydroxynaphthalene was synthesized by sulfonation and alkali fusion using refined naphthalene as raw material. The optimum conditions were as follows: the sulfonation temperature was 25℃ , pH value was 5 -6 for the acid treatment step, when the amount of naphthalene was 10g, 45 mL of solvent 1,2-dichloroethane was used. Under the abovementioned conditions the yield in alkali fusion step can reach 90. 2% with the product purity of 99.3%.
