摘要
面对当前教师教育体制的重要变革,高等师范院校心理学实验室建设的原有水平已经不能适应我国教师教育体制的新形势需要。在实验室的建设宗旨、发展方向、结构布局、管理机制、实验内容、实验方法、考核方式、实验教师专业成长等各个方面,都必须做出相应的调整和改革。心理学实验室新的一轮建设与改革势在必行。
In the face of the important change of the present structure of teacher's education, the original level of psychological laboratory of normal institutions of higher learniog, haven't adapted to the need of our country's new situation of the structure of teacher's education. It should be taken corresponding adjustment and reform on laboratory construction aim, developing direction, organization arrangement, mechanism of management, experiment content, experiment method, examine way, professional growth of laboratory teachers, etc. And it must be enforced on new construction and reform psychological laboratory.
