摘要
目的观察激光脱毛的临床效果及总结治疗经验。方法应用新型半导体激光脱毛机进行治疗，术中从低能量开始，至毛囊焦化破坏为止。术后无需包扎，可局部涂少量抗生素软膏。结果86例脱毛者均取得了理想的效果，其中79例在治疗1～3次后观察6个月无毛发再生，7例男性须部和发际脱毛患者在此期间内有部分毛发再生，但较以前细，且颜色浅，补治2～5次即可完全达到脱毛的目的；脱毛效果因不同人种、不同部位而有差异。结论新型固体二极管半导体激光脱毛效果可靠，操作简单，速度快，无损伤、色素沉着及疲痕等并发瘟，是目前临康上理想的一种脱毛方法，但所脱毛发的部位不同，毛发的粗细、颜色深浅的不同，所需的能量与次数也不同。
Objective To observe the result of depilation by semiconductor laser and sum up it＇s therapeutic experience. Methods Therapy was performed using the newtype of semiconductor laser. The operation began from lower energy to charring breakdown in folliculus pill. Results Satisfactory result was obtained in 86 cases, 79 of whom regenerated no hair in 2- 6 months, 7 regenerated hair with lighter colorl Therefore another 1 - 3 times treatment was in great need to completely achieve epilator purpose. And the effect was different according to race and position. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of newtype semiconductor laser is reliable. In addition, the manipulation is simple and quick with no complications like trauma, hyperpigmentation and cicatricle etc, which is clinically ideal depilating method at present.
