摘要
目的评价彩色多普勒对主动脉窦瘤破裂的诊断价值。方法对15例主动脉窦瘤破裂的患者进行了彩色多普勒诊断与外科手术对照。结果彩色多普勒能直接显示出窦瘤破裂的部位、程度及血流动力学变化,并能发现合并畸形。结论彩色多普勒能准确地诊断主动脉窦瘤破裂并对手术方案的选择起到重要作用。
Objective To evaluate effects of color Doppler in the diagnosis of ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus. Methods We examined 15 cases with ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus with color Doppler, before and after surgery. Results It could demonstrated the location, degree, changes of hemodynamic of ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus,and discovered other malfolmations. Conclusion Color Doppler can effectively help for the diagnosis of the ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus,and for surgery type choice.
