摘要
目的 总结18例主动脉窦瘤患者的超声心动图特征。方法 用二维及彩色多普勒心脏超声诊断18例主动脉窦瘤并经手术证实。结果 二维及彩色多普勒心脏超声能准确显示主动脉窦瘤的形态、起源突入邻近心腔、是否有破口及血流动力学改变,并对合并症也有较好的检出能力。结论 二维及彩色多普勒心脏超声是诊断主动脉窦瘤的首选、准确、简便无创的方法。
Objective To summarize the characteristics of echocardiography with 18 cases of aneurysm of sinus of valsalva (ASV). Methods 18 cases of ASV were diagnosed with two-dimensional and color Doppler echocardiography and cofirmed by operation. Results Two-dimensional and color Doppler echocardiography can identify the shape、 origin、 rupture, the protruding into the adjacent cardiac chamber and the hemodynamic changes, and have excellent value to detect the complications in ASV. Conclusion Two-dimentional and color Doppler echocardiography are not only the first choice to diagnosise ASV, but also the noninvasive, accurate and simple techniques.
