摘要
以2004年甘肃省林业厅组织搭载我国第20颗返回式卫星的华山松、白皮松种子为试材,开展苗木培育研究。通过试验研究,初步认为,经过太空诱变处理的华山松形态与对照无差异、白皮松种子颜色变浅;太空华山松种子较对照发芽早、播种早,但出苗时间无差异;太空白皮松种子较对照发芽晚、播种也晚,但出苗时间差异不明显。华山松太空种子苗在1年生时,苗高、地径比对照分别大12.27%、29.41%,2年生时,苗高、地径依然比对照大9.86%、28.24%;最突出单株的苗高、地径分别为9.3 cm、0.41 cm,比对照平均值大50.00%、13.89%。白皮松太空种子苗在1年生时,苗高、地径不如对照,但在2年生时,苗高、地径比对照大6.55%、25.00%;最突出单株的苗高、地径分别为10.6 cm、0.54 cm,比对照平均值大46.61%、63.64%。
A study on breeding of Pinus armandii and Pinus bungeana was conducted in 2004 with seed of induced treatment in satellite in outer space, which organized by Gansu Forestry Department. The result showed: compared with control, the seed of Pinus armandii treated in space had no difference in morphology and germination time, but germinated and sowed early, whereas the seed of Pinus bungeana treated in space had an late germination and late sowing and the color of seed become light but had no obvious difference in germination time compared with control. The height and basal diameter of 1-year-old seedling of Pinus armandii come from space seed were 12.27% and 29.41% higher than control, and higher 9.86% and 28.24% than control too by the time of 2-year-old, its maximum individual had a 9.3 cm height and 0.41 cm basal diameter and higher 50.00% and 13.89% respectively than the mean value of control. Whereas 1-year-old Pinus bungeana come from space seed was poorer in height and basal diameter compared with control but were higher 6.55% and 25.00% than control when it was 2-year-old, its maximum individual had a 10.6 cm height and 0.54 cm basal diameter and higher 46.61% and 63.64% respectively than the mean value of control.
