摘要
学分制注重学生个性发展,突出因材施教,承认受教育者的个体差异。这些学分制的显著特点,在利于优秀人才脱颖而出的同时,给高校学生思想政治工作管理理念、管理制度、管理内容与形式、管理方法、校园文化建设等诸多方面也带来了前所未有的冲击和挑战。
Under the credit system, great importance is attached to the development of each student＇s characteristics. Prominence is given to teaching a student according to his natural ability and the individual differences of those who are educated are recognized. These remarkable features are advantageous for excellent students to stand out. Meanwhile, they have also brought unprecedented impact and challenge in many aspects,such as the management of concept,system,content,form and method in college students＇ ideological and political work as well as the construction of campus culture.
