摘要
高速高精度控制系统跟踪精度时产生的误差,利用动态误差分析法进行评价分析,并运用自动控制原理详细分析两者之间存在的矛盾关系。根据系统误差传递函数及相关参数公式,得出系统误差不仅与系统特性有关,而且与系统的输入信号特性有关。误差的高阶导数是影响系统跟踪精度不可缺的一部分。
The error of high speed and high precision control system in tracking process adopts dynamic error analysis method to evaluate and analyze. The automatic control theory is used to analyze the conflict between high speed and high precisioncgntrol system and dynamic error analysis method. Based on the system error transfer function and corresponding parameter formula, the system error is not only related to the system characteristics, but also related to the input signal characteristics of the system. The high-rank differential coefficient of error is one of the necessary parts which influence the system track precision.
