摘要
改革开放以来,中国经济与社会发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩,特别是中国经济保持了持续快速的增长,但与之相伴的是,居民收入差距逐步扩大。如何在经济快速发展的同时,使社会各个阶层都能够公平地享受到其带来的好处,是促进经济持续发展的要求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的要求。针对我国目前居民收入差距拉大的现状,文章从生产要素在收入分配中地位不同引起收入差距拉大的角度进行分析,提出要适当提高劳动者的报酬,以改善其在收入分配中的不利地位,规范资本要素参与收入分配的过大比重,鼓励专业技术人员由于技术创新获取的高收入。
In China, after the implementation of innovation and opening, the economy and social department gained good result, especially, economy keep fast. But at the same time, the income difference has been very large. How to make everybody enjoy the advantage brought by the department of economy, is re- quired by building social harmonious society an asked by economy department. Aimed at the actuality of income difference and starting with different element brought different result, this paper bring forward the advice of changing the disadvantage of labor in income distribution and increasing labor pay to improve people life and at the same time to realize economy department through enlarging domestic demanding; Reducing capital owner the high share of income distribution ; Encouraging technologist received high pay due to technical innovation.
