摘要
为了实现工业废水零排放,同时为满足进口轧机所需要的高质量循环水和锅炉用水需要,某钢铁厂采用曝气-混凝沉淀-超滤+反渗透组合工艺处理回用生产过程中的废水。该工程一期规模15000m3/d,全部扩建完成后将达到30000m3/d,是集曝气、混凝沉淀、超滤、反渗透等各种工艺于钢铁厂回用水处理的环保型工业水处理工程。出水水质可满足回用需要,工程造价低,工艺先进,设备简单,因此适合钢铁企业废水的治理。
For the purpose of null discharge of industrial wastewater and to gain higher quality recycle water for rolling mills and boilers in a steelwork, as a wastewater treatment program the process of aeration + coagulating sedimentation + ultra filtration + reverse osmosis was introduced, with the capacity of 15 000 m^3 per day for the phase 1 the capacity of wastewater treatment for the project will amounted to 30000m^3 per day. it is said that the mentioned process is fit for recycle of intermediate water supply with merits of low cost, advanced process, simple and convenient equipments and so on.
