摘要
采用CAST/双膜系统(CMF+RO)对多源进水条件下的钢铁厂废水进行处理与回用,将生产废水、生活污水以及雨水等非常规水源废水集中处理后作为企业生产循环水与补充水。通过对系统不同阶段处理效果和运行参数的现场监测,分析了调试初期所存在的问题及其原因,并采取了有效的改进措施。实际运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,处理效果较好,出水能够回用于生产。
CAST/dual membrane system (CMF + RO ) was used for iron and steel plant wastewater treatment and reuse under the conditions of multi-source water. The non-conventional water sources, such as production wastewater, domestic sewage, rainwater and so on were treated and used as production circulating water and make-up water. Through the on-site monitoring of the system treatment effect and operation parameters at different stages, the problems appeared in the early commissioning stage were analyzed, and the effective adjustments were carried out. The actual results show that the process has stable operation and better treatment effects, and the effluent can be reused for production.
