摘要
目的建立HPLC测定扎托洛芬片的含量及有关物质的方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-醋酐(60:40:0.5),检测波长332nm。结果扎托洛芬在30~70mg·L^-1内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%(RSD=0.74%)。结论本方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determining the content and related substances of zaltoprofen tablet. METHODS The analytical column was Diamonsil Cjs (4. 6 mm × 150 mm ,5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-H2O-acetic anhydride (60: 40:0.5 ). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- 1 , and the detective wavelength was 332 nm. RESULTS The standard curve of zaltoprofen was linear in the range of 30 - 70 mg · L^-1 (r =0. 999 9) ;the average recovery was 99. 7% ( RSD =0. 74% ). CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate and sensitive.
