摘要
在决定教师参与课程改革程度和积极性的诸多因素当中,教师工作满意度是影响教师参与课程改革程度和积极性的重要因素之一。文章调研了课改进程中教师工作满意度状况,提出了提高教师工作满意度的对策。
In many factors, the working satisfaction of teachers is the most important one to draw teachers into the curriculum reform. The essay investigates and discusses the state of satisfaction of teachers in the process of curriculum reform and puts forward some countermeasures to grow the teachers' satisfaction.
