摘要
基于虚拟仪器的概念,设计并构建了一套数字化γ辐射测量系统。介绍了数字测量中数据采集与处理的方法,以能量分辨率为指标,考察了滤波、堆积修正、时间甄别等技术手段对测量结果的影响,并和传统谱仪系统进行了对比分析。
This paper represents a Ⅵ-based system for γ spectrum measuring, including the design and actualization. The method of data processing was provided including filtering, pattern-distinguishing, time-discriminating and so on. According to the experiment data, the resolving power quality of the system was discussed.
