摘要
基于虚拟仪器的概念,设计并构建了一套数字化γ辐射测量系统。介绍了系统构建和数据处理方法,进行了γ能谱和时间谱测量,并根据结果分析了该测量系统的优缺点。
This paper represents a VI-based system fore'spectrum measuring,including the design and actualization. The system was used to acquire γ spectrum and pulse edge time spectrum. According to the experiment data, the quality of the system was discussed.
