摘要
由于超细矿物材料的应用日益广泛,粒度分布的测定将是检验产品性能的重要技术手段。本实验利用粒度分析仪测定超细矿物粉体的粒度分布,通过不同分散介质类型、分散时间、分散初始浓度和最大粒径定值等参数对粒度测定结果影响的实验研究,提出了超细矿物粉体粒度测定的最佳实验条件。
As the ultra- fine mineral materials are applied more and more extensively, the measurement of the particle size distribution will be an important method to check the product properties. In this test, the method for measurement of the particle size distribution of ultra - fine mineral powder by granulometry is experimentally studied. The effects of dispersant type,dispersing time, concentration of powder sample and maximum size of the powder on the measurement are discussed. And the optimum experimental conditions are put forward.
