摘要
本文从文化背景、职业性原则、企业参与程度、教师任职资格等方面分析了中德两国在实行“双元制”职业教育中存在的差异,最后对我国借鉴和推广“双元制”职业教育提出了一些建议,以期对我国职业教育的改革与发展有所裨益。
This article,from the cultural context, the professional principle, the degree of enterprise participated in, the qualifications of teachers, and so on, has analyzed the differences of 'Dual System' vocational education between China and Germany. In order to benefit our country's vocational education reform and development, it proposes some suggestions about the 'Dual system' vocational education in our country.
