摘要 通过对滑石瓷原料的优化选择、配方调整及制瓷工艺技术的改进,特别是二次烧成工艺和无铅釉的开发应用,彻底解决了长期困扰滑石瓷的难于成形、高温变形、釉面不光和铅镉危害等问题,使该瓷种的质量和水平较前有了本质的改变。这无疑为滑石瓷跻身于高档日用细瓷提供了技术支撑。 By optioning materials of the talcose porcelain, formulaiton designing and improving pro- cessing techniques, specially using twice firing technology, and leadless glaze, completely solved the difficulties of being molding hardly,being deformed at high temperature,poor quality of surface of products,harm of lead and cadmium. It made quality and level of the talcose porcelain have a change of hypostasis then before. These provide thechnical supports for the talcose porcelain to be located in high grad household fine porcelain.
