纳米人造骨粉材料合成中煅烧温度的研究

摘要 骨粉β-Ca3(PO4)2是制造骨质瓷重要的原料。本研究采用H3PO4,CaO,CaCO3和氨水为起始原料通过化学共沉淀法合成纳米人工骨粉。经过实验,确定配方、添加剂的种类等工艺条件,进行XRD,TEM,BET测试和表征,进一步探讨合成过程中煅烧温度对粉末性能的影响。 Bone powder (β-Ca3(PO4)2) is the important raw material to make bone china. In this thesis, the hand-sized artificial bone powder was synthesized by a chemical co-precipitation process using H3PO4, Cad, CaCO3 and ammonia as the starting materials. The properties of the bone powder were analyzed and characterized by XRD, SEM, BET test. The effects of the chemical compositions of raw materials, the additive types and contents, the solution concentrations, and the calcinations temperatures on the properties of the bone powder were investigated.
