摘要 我国大型综合性医院普遍存在“看病难”问题,特别是门诊就诊“三长一短”现象比较严重。因此构建全数字化门急诊系统,优化门诊就诊流程成为一个急待解决的问题。作者对此做了深入的研究和探索,总结出构建全数字化门急诊系统的三大原则,提出了通过基于预交金或银行IC卡的就诊模式、门诊后台和自动摆药系统以及建立门诊综合服务系统来优化门诊就诊流程,提高为病人服务的能力的建议。 In Our country Large - scale General hospitals have a universal problem that it is difficult to see a doctor, especially the outpatient service's three longs and one short'phenomenon is quite serious, therefore how to construct the completely digitized outpatient service and emergency medical treatment system to optimize the outpatient service is an urgent question for solution. This article author has done the thorough research and the exploration regarding this, summarizes three big principles of construtting the completely digitized outpatient service and emergency medical treatment system, proposes the pattern of seeing a doctor based on prepayment or the bank IC card ,the outpatient service background and automatic medicine package system as well as the establishment of outpatient service synthesis service system to optimize the outpatient service's flow of seeing a doctor, and sharpens ability which is served for patients.
