中华绒螯蟹血淋巴渗透压随不同的生长阶段而异;不论是在淡水中,还是在不同盐浓度的海水中,都具有保持血淋巴高渗调节控制的能力。青春期前,6—9月份,血淋巴渗透压自390mOsm/Kg H_2O升至560mOsm/Kg H_2O;青春期后,9—12月份,自555mOsm/Kg H_2O升至656mOsm/Kg H_2O,但12月到翌年3月份却明显下降。雌蟹从淡水移入海水后的血淋巴渗透压调升速度,青春期后是青春期前的三倍左右。
Experimental analysis of the hemolymph osmotic pressure (HOP) and its regulation during oogenesis have been carried out in crab Eriocheir sinensis H.Milne-Edwards. The results indicate that the hemolymph hyperosmotic regulation can be maintained in fresh water or different salt-concentration of sea water as well. Variation of osmoregulation capacity was found to be concomitant with the progress of oogenesis of crab reared in fresh water. Before puberty, from June to September, HOP increased gradually (from 390 mOsm/Kg H2O to 560 mOsm/Kg H2O); after puberty, from September to December, HOP increased continually (from 555 mOsm/Kg H2O to 656mOsm/Kg H2O); but from December to March, there was a tendency of conspicuous decrease.When the crabs were transferred from fresh water into sea water, the regulation rate of HOP appears to be significantly different with various stage of the oogenesis. After puberty, the regulation rate is always three times faster than before puberty.In the same stage of oogenesis (e.g., after puberty, March), HOP increases and equilibrates nearly 24 hours afterwards when the crabs were transferred from fresh water into sea water. When these crabs were returned from sea water into fresh water again, their HOP decreased to the original level within 4 hours and appeared a tendency of continuous decrease.
