PVC镀铝膜铝层牢固度的研究 被引量:5

摘要 探讨了加工助剂、表面电晕处理、涂覆粘接材料对聚氯乙烯(PVc)镀铝膜铝层牢固度及机械性能的影响。结果表明,增塑剂会引起牢固度下降;表面电晕处理在提高牢固度的同时导致力学性能下降;在适当的工艺条件下,表面涂覆D或E交联涂层,然后真空镀铝,形成PVC膜/粘接材料/铝层3层结构镀铝膜,其牢固度得到有效提高,而对力学性能影响不明显。 The effects of polymer additives, corona treatment level and coating connecting layer on the fastness of aluminum layer and mechanical properties of PVC aluminum laminated films were studied. The results show that plasticizers reduce the fastness, and corona treatment level increases the fastness but meanwhile decreases the mechanical properties. D or E connecting layer was coated on the films under suitable condition, and aluminum was metallized under vacuum. The three layers structure aluminum laminated films as PVC films/connecting layer/aluminum layer was formed. Its fastness increases, meanwhile it has no significaht effect on the mechanical properties.
