摘要
为了改善传统防腐蚀涂料的性能,自制氯醚树脂并以其为基料,以复合铁钛防锈颜料和云母氧化铁为颜填料制备了氯醚防腐蚀涂料,优化了颜基比、颜填料细度、助剂添加量,并考察了优化条件下制备的涂料的性能。结果表明:随着颜基比的增大,涂层力学性能下降,防腐蚀性能先升高后下降,颜基比为2.00~2.50时涂层的防腐蚀性能最佳;颜填料细度为800目时涂料综合性能最佳;外增塑剂、防沉剂、消泡剂、流平剂等助剂的添加量对涂料性能有较大影响,应适当选择;分别以自制氯醚树脂和进口MP-45氯醚树脂为基料制成涂料,二种涂料防腐蚀性能相当;与传统氯化聚合物防腐蚀涂料相比,自制的氯醚树脂涂料的防腐蚀性能更好。
Chlorinated polyether resin was prepared and used as binder to fabricate anticorrosion coating in the presence of complex Fe-Ti anti-rust pigmem and micaceous iron oxide as filler.The ratio of pigment to resin binder,size of pigment and filler,and dosage of auxiliary agent were optimized,while the pedormance of the anticorrosion coating prepared under the optimized condition was evaluated.It was found that the mechanical properties of the coating decreased with increasing pigment to binder ratio,and the anticorrosive performance of the coating initially increased but later decreased tberewith.The coating with a pigment to binder ratio of 2.00~2.50 had the best antioorroeive perform-Journal of Materials Protection ance,and the most suitable size of pigment and filler was 800 mesh.Besides,auxiliary agent including plasticizer,anti-settling agent,defoaming agent and flatting agent also had significant effects on the performance of the title anticorrosion coating.Moreover,the anticorrosion performance of as-prepared chlorinated polyether coating was better than that of conventional chlorinated polymer-based anticorrosion coating.
