摘要
对我国零售鲜肉包装现状进行了分析和研究,指出目前鲜肉包装存在的问题和不足,并根据鲜肉的特点及气调包装在鲜肉保鲜中的应用得出结论,气调包装鲜肉将是我国零售鲜肉市场的发展趋势。
The current situation of retail fresh meat packaging was studied and analyzed. The existing problem and deficiency of fresh meat packaging was put forward. It was concluded that application of MAP would be the developing trend of retail fresh meat packaging through analysis of the features of fresh meat and MAP.
